At SAMA DANESH, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of dispatch and return the item within 14 days. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted, and all times are based on UK GMT.
To initiate a return, email returns@samadanesh.com with your reason for return or exchange. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, with original labels and hygiene stickers intact. For faulty items, notify us on the day of receipt. We are not responsible for items returned damaged without prior notice.
You are responsible for returning the item and should obtain a tracking number, as we’re not liable for returns that don’t reach us. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item in perfect condition, with all tags and stickers.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, minus any shipping and payment provider fees, and processed within 7 days. Return delivery charges are your responsibility.
