2. STOCK TRANSFER PRE-ORDER — Stock Exists Elsewhere

Use when the product is unavailable from the customer's fulfilment location, for example London, but inventory exists at another location, such as Turkey.

We still want the customer to be able to purchase and pay 100% at checkout rather than seeing SOLD OUT.

Customer sees:

Button: PRE-ORDER

Internally, identify this as a Stock Transfer Pre-Order so we know the item does NOT need manufacturing. It needs to be transferred from the other inventory location.
