Due to the delicate nature of swimwear, and to ensure that your Sama Danesh piece stays in perfect condition, we advise that pieces bought from our website or retailers are:
• hand washed with a very mild detergent
• laid flat with no overlapping fabric, to dry. Overlapping can sometimes cause discolouration
reshape whilst wet
• keep away from strong sunlight.
• sun block, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discolouration - this is not a manufacturing defect.
We advise items are rinsed before first time wear as fabrics may not be completely colour fast.

Darlings, SAMA DANESH seeks the complete satisfaction of you as a client.
- Claims for returns and refund must be made within 7 (seven) days from the day the order is dispatched, and returned within 14 (fourteen) days from day of dispatch.
- Please note that any refund requests after 7 (seven) days of dispatch, will not be accepted. Times and date will be as per UK GMT timezone.
- A return request is done by replying to your order confirmation email( sales@samadanesh.com), were you specify your reason for return or exchange.
The goods must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact and relevant hygiene straps and stickers must be in place. In the instance of faulty items, please notify us on the day of receiving the item. SAMA DANESH will not take responsibility for items returned to us in a damaged condition, without prior notice.
You as a client, are responsible for returning your purchase. We highly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number, as SAMA DANESH is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that failed to reach us.
Once we receive your returned product(s), a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days, provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition, with all the original tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
Please note that the original payment method will be used for any refunds. Any shipping fee, as well as payment provider fees, will be deducted once the refund is processed.
